Most small-business websites have the same problem. They look fine and they don't do anything. The contact form goes to an address nobody checks. The prices are three years old because changing them means emailing whoever built the thing. It takes six seconds to load on a phone in a parking lot, which is exactly where your customer is standing.

I build the other kind. Every site I've shipped has something real behind it. A form that stores the lead and emails the owner the moment it lands. A calendar that pulls live availability straight from Airbnb so it can't show a booked week as open. A dashboard where the owner changes their own rates on a Sunday night without calling me.

How I work

I write the code. There's no team, no account manager, and nothing gets handed to a contractor you'll never talk to. That's a real limit on how much I can take on at once, and it's the reason the sites are small and fast: I keep them simple enough that I can explain any part of one to you in plain language.

Nothing I build is a page builder or a theme with plugins bolted on. It's hand-written HTML and CSS served from Cloudflare's edge, plus one file of server code when the site needs to do something. That means there's nothing to update every month, nothing that breaks when a plugin goes unmaintained, and no platform holding your site hostage.

What I'll tell you honestly

If what you need is a one-page site with your hours and a phone number, say so and I'll point you at the cheapest way to get one. I'd rather turn down work than build something you don't need. Where I'm actually worth the money is when the site has a job to do: taking bookings, capturing leads, showing live availability, or letting you edit your own content without a support ticket.
